A great day for me means that I am visiting several Capital One Bank branches. I connect everyone on the team and thank them for all they do and to see if I can help in any way. I then meet with the Branch Manager. Together we review the business and I provide some coaching to learn what's going well for them and what opportunities they have to do things differently. From there, we put together a strong plan that will help them achieve their goals.
