As a Broker and the Owner of a Real Estate Firm, my typical day is concentrated on two primary goals. First is mentoring and supporting my Agents in their day-to-day goals, problems, and situations they face. Second, is constantly staying focused on marketing our company. Those are the two primary "jobs" I concentrate on day to day as an owner. Obviously, there are many other administrative tasks that have to be done, but they are just necessary parts of ownership.
