Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Peers:
You'll never be good enough to play lacrosse in college.
How I responded:
I switched to play lacrosse in high school and everyone thought it was a stupid decision. I worked really hard in the weight room and practiced for the sport. I listened to the supporters and learned to love the process. I ended up playing D3 lacrosse.
