My path in life took a while to figure out
1.
High School Graduation, applied to only one college and was accepted.
2.
Changed my major about 3 or 4 times.
3.
Settled on a major, graduated college.
4.
First job, in the jewelry field, but not doing what I wanted. Horrible boss.
5.
2nd job, doing the same thing but better work environment. (Do not settle in a hostile work environment! )
6.
Moved to a new state, got a job doing cad (finally).
7.
Got a new job and a more stable job as a cad designer but was very tired of retail.
8.
Over the years, I also took gemology classes. Finally landed a corporate job doing only cad!

How I responded:
They say that if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life. I wouldn't necessarily agree with that, because doing what you love can still be hard work, but it's worth it. I have a unique job and enjoy what I do!
