Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Myself:
You aren't good enough.
How I responded:
By never accepting that I am good enough, I always strive to be better. I view it as an asset. I listen more than I talk however I still have the courage to talk when something needs to be said. My job is to support my team and remove log jams for them. In order to do that, I have to be able to influence others through how I communicate. Don't sit on the sidelines. When something needs to be said, say it but ensure you deliver your message with respect and dignity for others.
